Bee Unique wants every customer 100% satisfied. We will gladly accept unused items within 15 days once you receive the mechandise. Please return items in the original package and with the original invoice. If you purchased an item monogrammed or personalized only if it was our error we're unable to accept those items. If you need additional return time please contact us by email or phone immediately.
